SPEEDHORSE Returns Policy


SUBSCRIPTIONS / INDIVIDUAL PRINT ITEMS / APPAREL

Damage: In the event that an item arrives damaged SPEEDHORSE will promptly provide a replacement item. The damage must be reported no later than 10 days after the expected delivery date for your region. Proof of damage must also be provided in the form of a picture, a video, or a returned product. The damage can be reported to and verified by any member of the SPEEDHORSE staff and by email. SPEEDHORSE is not responsible for the return shipping & handling.


Missing: In the event that your item has not arrived within 3 business days of the expected delivery date SPEEDHORSE will promptly provide a replacement item. The missing item must be reported no later than 10 days after the expected delivery date for your region. The missing item can be reported to and verified by any member of the SPEEDHORSE staff and by email. The SPEEDHORSE fulfillment department will work with the local delivery services to track, locate, and guarantee the successful delivery of your items.


Returns and Refunds: SPEEDHORSE will not refund an item purchased.

Subscriptions: In the event that you no longer wish to receive a SPEEDHORSE subscription item please notify any of the SPEEDHORSE staff members. We can cancel the future delivery of the item, or redirect the items to an individual of your choosing, or a local community group (e.g. FFA, 4H, ect…) that would benefit from the use of your remaining subscription.

US DOMESTIC

SPEEDHORSE ships to all US domestic locations to include military APO, FPO, & DPO addresses. Annual subscriptions include shipping & handling and will not be assessed additional charges for the purpose of shipping. Individually shipped items will be charged a standard shipping & handling fee based on the item, your region and carrier selected for that region. Shipping & handling fees are subject to change without notice.

 

INTERNATIONAL

SPEEDHORSE is able to ship to any address in the world that is permitted under US Law. Annual subscriptions include shipping & handling and will not be assessed additional charges for the purpose of shipping. Individually shipped items will be charged a standard shipping & handling fee based on the item, your region and carrier selected for that region. Shipping & handling fees are subject to change without notice.
